You agree to use DiagnosisPro only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Prohibited behavior includes:

As-Is Service: The DiagnosisPro platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate diagnostic information, we make no guarantee regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content. Property conditions vary widely, and visual assessment alone cannot account for all factors affecting maintenance urgency or cost.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, DiagnosisPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, property damage, business interruption, or financial loss—even if DiagnosisPro has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to DiagnosisPro in the 12 months preceding the claim, or if you have not paid anything, then 100 Turkish Lira.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
